If I order clothing, how will I know that it will fit me?

We try our best to make each custom product fit our customers by asking for measurements in the order form. Usually this includes bust, waist, and hip measurements to make sure that the garment will fit you perfectly. Each of our products are based off of an already existing pattern that has been tested by crocheters of all sizes, so they are almost always accurate. If you are unsure what size to pick, feel free to contact us so we can help you determine that. 

How long does each product take to make?

It depends! Of course the larger projects will take much longer than the little ones. Most products take between 4-8 hours to complete. 

When can I find you at a market?

We participate as vendors in crafts fairs and markets very often! Check our "events" page here on our website to learn more about our past and upcoming events.

Do you offer crochet lessons?

Currently Frances does not offer crochet lessons. We will update this if she does decide to begin teaching one-on-one.

I have a question that wasn't answered here. How can I ask you?

To ask a question, find the "Contact Us"" tab on our website and fill out the Google Form there! We will try to get back to you as soon as possible. 


Shipping and Ordering FAQ

How do I order?

To place an order, find the "How to Order" tab on our website and fill out the Google Form there! On the form, you will be asked for contact information. Then, you can select your order and confirm shipment and payment information. Once you submit the form, we will contact you within the next 48 hours to make sure we have received your order.

How do I pay for an order?

FrancesCrocheting accepts 3 forms of payment: Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. When you fill out the order form, you will be asked to choose one of these forms and provide your username. After you submit the form, we will calculate your order total (including shipping if applicable) and request a payment from you on either of those platforms. 

What if I want something in a different color than you offer?

Unfortunately, we do not accept custom orders, including special colors. You can find colors available on our website under Products or in our Order Form. 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order after 2 days of submitting the order form AND paying completely. You will receive a refund if you paid with Venmo. Otherwise, no refunds will be issued.

Do you take returns?

At this time, Frances Crocheting does not accept returns. All sales are final.

How long will it take for me to recieve my order?

We try our hardest to get your order made within 2 weeks. However, larger items and orders may take longer. If your order includes a gift, please include a time frame to be met and we will  try our hardest to get you your order on time.
